Performance Measures Workshop Provides Orientation
CALFED's Program Performance and Tracking unit held a workshop on October 23 for CALFED staff and implementing agency management, Independent Science Board members, the Agency Performance Measures Committee and all parties interested or involved in the development of performance measurement for the CALFED Bay-Delta Program.
The purpose of the workshop was to provide an orientation on the performance measures process, discuss recent Agency Performance Measures Committee efforts and develop strategies for implementing performance measures based on these efforts. The workshop provided a critical link between performance measures development and implementation, as well as an opportunity to update agency management on efforts of their staffs to implement performance measures and guide effective decisions on how best to continue this work.
